Bacon Crepe Rolls
- 8 crepes
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 2 cups crumbled bacon
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Mix cream cheese and garlic together. Spread 2 Tbsp onto each crepe. Sprinkle bacon and green onions over the top. Roll up into a burrito. Cut into one inch slices. Serve while warm.
