I made this for St. Patrick's Day and it was absolutely delicious. I snagged the recipe from Kraft Foods and made a few minor changes. I know I'll be making this again real soon.
Best Shepherds Pie
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup beef gravy
