Chile Eggs
- 2 cans diced green chiles
- 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 eggs beaten
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
Spread chiles on bottom of 9X13" baking dish. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Blend together eggs and evaporated milk. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
